It was with some consternation that I found that I had put an incorrect date in my diary for my next service. However, I need not have worried because it was arranged for. Ben to come instead. He arrived in about half an hour of my telephone call and carried out my service calmly and efficiently. Thank you Ben for coming to my rescue.

Safe Gas replaced my boiler last year (and I will use them to service the new boiler), and more recently Sam came to troubleshoot a possible leak in the bathroom. All engineers have been extremely professional and courteous, and have done an excellent job. All members of the office team I have spoken to over the phone could not have been more helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Safe Gas!

An excellent boiler replacement. They arrived bright and early, worked hard all day and finished the replacement by 4pm. All tidy and clean afterwards and a good explanation of the new boiler and thermostat.A really well organised company, including the initial diagnostic of the leaking boiler, prompt e-quote, easy payment system and registration of the boiler for me. I have used this company since 2012 when they last replaced my boiler and am always very happy with their work. Highly recommended.

Absolutely excellent. Apart from doing what looks like an excellent job of fitting a new boiler, the engineers couldn’t have been more careful, considerate, friendly and professional. They also left the place looking immaculate. Very impressed.

The office were very accommodating when booking an appointment, the boiler technician was very polite and he completed the service in good time.

After being let down by the co. our insurance company sent, we were in a bad situation with no heating or hot water for over a week. Mark and team were able to come on a same day callout and we had a brand new boiler fitted two days later. Upon finding a small issue with a radiator post installation, they sent someone out within an hour. We really appreciated the efficiency, transparency and communication with Safe Gas and highly recommend! Our new boiler is soooo quiet it takes some getting used to not hearing the rattling of the boiler and radiators! Thanks again

Had a boiler service and the advice we got was great and no upsell just honest and friendly service.

Had issues with my boiler and called up. the member of staff who answered was very professional, polite and patient. Gave advice on what was the best course of action with the issue I was having and I had an engineer out the following day who was able to diagnose the problem. They were able to source the part needed that day and came back to fix it. Pricing was clear and no hidden fees. I hope I don't, but if I were to have another issue in the future I would definitely be using them again.

what a great company first had dealings with them about three years ago when they fitted my new central heating boiler. This company turned up when an old boiler broke down on a cold winter afternoon. The house was shared by 4 friends who have down syndrome. House was filled with plumbers at 5.30 after a days work. They had a new boiler installed by 8pm. Says it all !!! Always grateful for that. They may be slightly more in price than other outfits. There’s a simple reason. You get really good quality work done. Have used others intermittently due to circumstances. But never really had the same quality as Safe Gas.

Fantastic service, really quick and efficient. Called on a Friday lunchtime because the pressure kept dropping on our boiler, and Mark came within a couple of hours to assess it. Received the quote on Saturday and the replacement part was fitted on Monday by Sam. Both engineers were very friendly and professional.

Safe gas and plumbing are Worcester bosch registered so I can reliably ask them to test my two boilers annually. They also installed the boilers. They give value for money and are trustworthy. Also 24 7 support is available which is very important for rental properties.

I got a call with a response to my email and a plumber was sent out within the next couple hours. Not only was he patient when we'd realised there was a miscommunication between me and my housemates and we hadn't bought the tap we needed - he also helped us remove some shelves in our living room as he noticed we were struggling (completely for free). Gas engineer Sam was very thorough & professional. He checked my gas cooker was safe as it hasn’t been used for years! My gas Combi Boiler is quite old but again did a thorough check of it without trying to sell me a new one. The office staff were lovely & friendly too. Would definitely recommend using this company.
